Disadvantages:
- Teens may get bored sometimes in a lesson and take their phones and use it where it is forbidden to and this can distract the lesson causing the teacher having to waste time telling the student off then not having enough time to teach the whole lesson and students missing out on key information which can lead to them losing marks in an exam because they didn’t learn it.
- People may use their mobile phones or smartphones during any kind of examinations to cheat their way through the exam which is classed as cheating therefore it can affect other peoples life by if the cheater gets a higher mark than someone that is high marks without cheating and gets accepted to say a university and the person that didn’t cheat doesn’t get accepted, the outcome can affect their life. - The continuous exposure of signal to and from our cell phone can be a cancer concern, although to a meagre amount- research is still going on. However, the mobile phone industry has long resisted any suggestion of a link to cancer, though it accepts that mobile phone radiation does affect the electrical activity in the brain.
- When someone may have their C.V on websites online there I also a risk that other unwanted people may have access to it and you do not want them to see it therefore making someone uncomfortable due to them having a lot of personal information out there.
