- The rich countries will always have a higher internet access, Internet speed, mobile phone usage, mobile phone coverage, texting, emailing and access to digital television. This is because the number one thing they have is money so that they can fund for all this and their equipment. Second of all the poor countries will always have a poor educational system so they won't be able to teach the younger ones on how to use technology. Only if people immigrate from poor countries to rich countries then they will gain better access to technology. Poor countries won't always have networks setup in the rural areas and villages and only be able have a decent Internet connection in the main city area.
